RED DRAGON PIE

A different version of a Shepherd’s Pie with leeks, carrots and peas (and adzuki beans providing the power of the dragon!) in a tomato sauce with thyme and garlic, topped with mashed potato.

Ingredients: Mash: potatoes, sunflower spread (Vegetable Oils (45%) (Sunflower (26%), Palm Oil, Linseed Oil), Water, Salt (1%), Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Sunflower Lecithins), Stabiliser (Sodium Alginate), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Vitamin E, Flavouring, Colour (Beta-Carotene) Pie: Adzuki beans, tomatoes, leeks, onions, carrots, tomato puree, Kallo vegetable stock (Palm oil, maize starch, vegetables (24%) (onion powder, carrot, celery, leek), salt, yeast extract, garlic, caramelised sugar, lovage leaves, parsley, celery leaves, mace, oregano, turmeric, rosemary, thyme), thyme, garlic powder, black pepper.

MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE LASAGNE

Aubergine, courgette and peppers blended in rich tomatoes and herbs, all in wonderful layers topped with creamy cheese sauce

Ingredients: Veg sauce: tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, red and yellow peppers, tomato puree, vegetable stock (Milk Sugar, Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Corn Starch, Dried Vegetables (5%) (Onion Powder, Dried Tomato, Dried Carrot, Spinach Powder, Dried Leek), Celery Seed, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Pepper, Rice Flour) vegetable oil, mixed herbs, black pepper. Cheese sauce: whole milk, medium cheddar cheese, cornflour. Lasagne pasta (durum wheat semolina).

CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI MACARONI CHEESE

Cauliflower is blended into the cheese sauce and broccoli florets mixed through, with cheesy crunchy breadcrumbs sprinkled on top

Ingredients: Macaroni pasta (100% durum wheat semolina), cauliflower, broccoli florets, whole milk, medium cheddar cheese, cornflour, black pepper, garlic granules. Breadcrumbs: wholemeal bread (Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Sugar, Emulsifiers (Mono- and Di-Acetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono-and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Spirit Vinegar, Caramelised Sugar, Preservative (Calcium Propionate), Rapeseed Oil, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid), medium cheddar cheese, vegetable oil, rosemary.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND LENTIL LASAGNE

Beautiful butternut squash in a smooth sauce with red lentils, cauliflower and carrots, topped with creamy cheese sauce (my favourite!)

Ingredients: Sauce: Butternut squash, cauliflower, tomatoes, red lentils, carrots, onions, tomato puree, vegetable stock (Milk Sugar, Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Corn Starch, Dried Vegetables (5%) (Onion Powder, Dried Tomato, Dried Carrot, Spinach Powder, Dried Leek), Celery Seed, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Pepper, Rice Flour), vegetable oil, garlic powder, sage, black pepper. Cheese sauce: whole milk, medium cheddar cheese, cornflour. Lasagne pasta (durum wheat semolina).

SPICED SWEET POTATO AND BUTTERBEAN TAGINE (PHOTO COMING SOON!)

A warming, fragrant stew with sweet potato and butterbeans cooked slowly with carrots and spinach in a rich tomato sauce flavoured with cinnamon and cumin, finished with sultanas.

Ingredients: Sweet potato, butterbeans (firming agent (calcium chloride), antioxidant (sodium metabisulphite)), tomato, carrots, spinach, onions, sultanas (sunflower oil), tomato purree, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, chilli

Stew

ROASTED PUMPKIN PASTA BAKE WITH MOZERELLA AND ROSEMARY

Pumpkin (or butternut squash, availability dependant) roasted with garlic, rosemary and a little chilli, then blended into a smooth delicious sauce. Mixed with conchiglioni pasta and topped with mozarella and rosemary.

Ingredients: Conchiglioni pasta (durum wheat semolina), pumpkin/butternut squash, onion, sweet potato, mozzarella (mozzarella medium fat soft cheese (milk), acidity regulator (citric acid), whole milk, vegetable oil, vegetable stock (Milk Sugar, Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast Extract, Corn Starch, Dried Vegetables (5%) (Onion Powder, Dried Tomato, Dried Carrot, Spinach Powder, Dried Leek), Celery Seed, Flavouring, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Pepper, Rice Flour) fresh rosemary, chilli powder, black pepper.
